About The Position

Snider Fleet Solutions is hiring a customer-focused Long Haul Tractor Trailer Delivery Driver to deliver commercial tires, wheels, and related products. The driver operates a 53-foot tractor-trailer with a capacity of up to 80,000 pounds. The role offers consistent Monday–Friday routes, with two to three overnight stays per week. All loads are live loads. Drivers must be able to lift up to 150 pounds and work outdoors. The position emphasizes safe, professional driving, customer service, reliability, and accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have at least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Have a clean driving record and be insurable under company standards.
• Pass a background screening and drug test.
• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Hold DOT Medical Certification.
• Have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Have experience using GPS, smartphones, and navigation tools.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Be self-motivated, dependable, and professional.
• Have a safety-focused mindset.
• Be able to lift up to 150 pounds and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 53-foot tractor-trailer safely and professionally.
• Pick up and deliver commercial tires, wheels, and related products.
• Ensure accurate loading and unloading and complete proper documentation.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain ELD logs for hours, mileage, fuel, tolls, and repairs.
• Keep equipment clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
• Communicate proactively about delays, breakdowns, or other issues.
• Support warehouse and service staff with tire handling as needed.
