About The Position

The Logs & Records Technician (SCA) is responsible for performing operator, data entry, and retrieval functions associated with aircraft recordkeeping. This role also handles networking functions between individual stations, including error correction and data entry. The technician will extract data, formulate management reports, create archives, and save data to support deployment and detachment operations. Additionally, the position involves a range of clerical and administrative duties related to aircraft maintenance, such as preparing reports, filing, typing, and performing database/systems analyses. The role may also include other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years’ experience using NALCOMIS OOMA
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
• US Citizenship is required in order to obtain a secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years’ experience as a NALCOMIS Data Base Administrator is desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform all operator, data entry, and retrieval functions associated with aircraft recordkeeping.
• Perform networking functions between individual stations which include analysis, correction of hardware/software errors, and data entry.
• Extract data, formulate/interpret management reports, create archives, and save data in support of deployment and detachment operations.
• Perform a wide range of clerical and administrative duties related to aircraft maintenance, such as preparing reports/correspondence, filing, typing, and performing data base/systems analyses.
• All other duties as assigned.
