About The Position

This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations. HII designs, develops, integrates and manages the sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated ISR operations and accelerated decision-making. Summary HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support project execution, administrative operations, and supply chain/vendor follow‑up activities across multiple functional areas! The role merges project coordination, administrative generalist tasks, and vendor order tracking to improve operational visibility, schedule accuracy, and timely financial processing. The Project Management Analyst will interact with project managers, procurement teams, PreAward and Post- Award teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth operational flow and clear documentation of project and administrative activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and communication across teams!

Requirements

  • 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience
  • Experience supporting technical projects and/or programs within the Department of Defense (DoD)
  • Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor records, and related documentation processes
  • Knowledge of administrative processes such as finance, HR, purchasing, and/or compliance
  • Experience with project coordination, schedule tracking, and supporting multiple projects or priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and maintaining digital records and tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across diverse teams
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience supporting complex technical projects and/or programs within the Department of Defense (DoD)
  • Experience communicating with vendors, following up on orders and deliveries, and supporting basic invoice and delivery tracking
  • Working knowledge of DoD project management standards, risk management practices, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other project management or computerized tracking systems
  • Possess and maintain a Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors to follow up on newly placed orders, confirm and document delivery dates, and maintain clear visibility into upcoming, delayed, and overdue deliveries
  • Monitor invoice status for fulfilled orders, track delayed or missing vendor invoices, and escalate issues to procurement or finance teams as needed
  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready records of order, delivery, invoice, and project-related communications to support operational continuity and compliance
  • Review project and budget status, manage schedules, and prepare status reports to ensure timely progress and effective resource coordination
  • Identify project or supply chain issues, develop resolutions, and implement monitoring mechanisms to support productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals
  • Oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as a liaison among vendors, project management, planning, project teams, line management, procurement, finance, and clients
  • Apply strong attention to detail, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills to manage multiple workflows and ensure smooth execution across teams
