About The Position

The Logistics Team Lead (SRS) will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and team productivity. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. This position is located in San Jose, CA.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
• Experience in rail/rolling stock maintenance is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members.
• Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Capability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve efficiency.
• Proficiency in managing stock levels and ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
• Familiarity with logistics software and systems like SAP, Oracle, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Able to work overnight 3rd shift if needed.
• Forklift certified or the ability to get certified in house.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Forklift certification (if applicable).

• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising the logistics team to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitoring stock levels, delivery schedules, and transportation costs.
• Addressing customer inquiries and develop efficiency and process improvements.
• Picking materials, executing warehouse transactions.
