About The Position

The Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods, and maintaining accurate inventory control. Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse management roles.
Strong knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and logistics processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Oversee the receipt, handling, storage, and shipment of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate and manage the full order cycle, including associated systems and documentation.
Monitor and analyze logistics operations to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
Enforce and maintain health and safety standards across all warehouse activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers.
Plan and manage workforce requirements, including scheduling, shift assignments, and staffing levels.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance while adhering to regulatory requirements and cost constraints.
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse personnel to achieve high performance and engagement.
Forecast shipping and receiving needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that meet business demands.
