The Logistics Support Technician is a full-time member of the logistics team responsible for ensuring ambulance and equipment readiness, cleanliness, inventory support, and vehicle movement under the supervision of the Logistics Lieutenant. This position plays a critical role in supporting field operations through systematic decontamination, restocking, and deployment of response vehicles. Technicians are expected to follow all agency safety, infection control, and inventory protocols while maintaining a professional and mission-oriented approach. The LST also provides support during special events, surge responses, and agency activations. Technicians may interface with Fleet Services or Communications for vehicle staging, logistical coordination, or operational support. The position may also serve as a pathway for advancement within RAA’s logistics or EMS operations tracks.
