This role is responsible for the maintenance, issuance, and recovery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), providing support to team leaders for training, and coordinating with other team leads and managers in support of the contract. The position involves supporting training delivery through the care, maintenance, and accountability of all training equipment and supplies, using proper sanitation procedures, and transporting equipment as needed. The specialist will assist with setup and recovery of training equipment, maintain records of defective equipment, and coordinate with instructors and team leads for course delivery. Daily interaction with supervisors, peers, and customers is expected. The role requires some instruction on routine work and general instructions on new assignments, with potential travel (less than 10%) to support job requirements. Maintaining sufficient stock of clean PPE and operating non-CDL government vehicles are also key duties. Compliance with all safety procedures is mandatory.
