About The Position

The Logistics Supervisor, 2nd shift, oversees warehouse and logistics operations to ensure the efficient flow of materials, inventory, and finished goods while supporting production, shipping, and customer delivery requirements. The role leads warehouse personnel, maintains safety and compliance standards, and drives operational performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Forklift certification and safety-related training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of raw materials, components, and packaging supplies to support production schedules.
• Supervise shipping and receiving activities, including loading, unloading, inspection, and documentation of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse and logistics team members.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, GMP standards, and company safety policies.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
• Track and report key performance metrics, including order accuracy, on-time delivery, and labor productivity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
