About The Position

This role involves leading people and processes to create an environment where employees can contribute their best. Major areas of responsibility include hiring, training, workforce planning, coaching, developing, and providing feedback to employees, continuous improvement of process and workflow, and two-way communications with employees. The position also requires promoting and encouraging a safe and professional environment in all supervised areas. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day departmental operations and demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to employees.
