Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Communications, Marketing, or a related field with an anticipated graduation of May 2028
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Demonstrated leadership, academic achievement, or involvement in extracurricular activities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship, customer service, sales, or leadership experience
• Interest in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or business development

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Learning: Participate in comprehensive training sessions, learn the fundamentals of freight brokerage and logistics, shadow multiple departments to understand the full shipment lifecycle, gain insight into how teams collaborate to serve customers and carriers.
• Carrier Sales: Source carrier capacity and build transportation solutions, negotiate pricing and service agreements, monitor shipments and ensure timely execution, learn industry best practices and transportation terminology.
• Customer Support & Shipment Management: Communicate shipment updates to customers, track and trace freight movements, resolve routine transportation issues, build and schedule shipments, develop customer service and account management skills.
• Operations & Business Development: Support carrier sales and operations activities, learn effective sales and communication techniques, listen to and analyze sales calls, understand TransLoop's value proposition and service offerings, build prospect lists and qualifying leads, explore the full sales cycle and business development process.
