About The Position

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Perform both manual and clerical logistics duties including shipping,
receiving, inspection, warehousing, and returns.
Operate material-handling equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, banding
tools) safely to move equipment and components.
Coordinate with external carriers and internal teams for accurate pickup and
delivery.
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments; verify content and documentation;
address damages or discrepancies.
Manage inventory and reorder shipping/packing supplies as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace following SOPs and
safety protocols.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Skilled in handling material-handling tools such as pallet jacks, banding tools, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate across technical and global teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a small team environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for meetings and training.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping/receiving, or supply chain operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in supply chain management or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs occasionally and reposition smaller items throughout the shift.
• Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, crouching, and climbing stairs/ladders.
• Fine motor skills for handling inventory, labeling, scanning, and detailed repair tasks.
• Near and distance vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and the ability to read labels and documentation accurately.
• Required to use PPE (e.g., gloves, safety glasses, hard hats) and comply with safety/environmental standards (OSHA, ISO).

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Lean or Kaizen methodologies (preferred).
