Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Logistics Services Coordinator to support our RMR Receiving and Inventory Team at our Troy Hill Campus for the Elkridge and Halethorpe, Maryland locations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, logistics or similar role
- Able to obtain and maintain a forklift operating license
- Experience and willingness to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with SAP, GOLDesp, and ISE/CADST
- Knowledge of DD Form 1149, DD Form 250, DD Form 1348
Responsibilities
- Use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting
- Receive incoming materials from customers and vendors
- Process Material Receipts, verifies documents, and reports discrepancies in GOLDesp
- Coordinate deliveries and material requests with the Government Property warehouse
- Execute process compliance during internal and external audits
