About The Position

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work onsite throughout the scheduled 1st shift.

• Previous experience in a similar onsite, warehouse, operations, production, or customer-support minimum 1 year.
• Familiar with onboarding documentations and software.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Report to the assigned location on time and ready to work.
• Provide quality customer service to both client and candidates.
• Recruit qualified personnel based on positions.
• Follow up with candidates in person or over the phone to guide through application process.
• Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other onsite staff to ensure staffing requirements are being met.
• Complete paperwork, logs, checklists, or other required documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
