About The Position

The Logistics Outbound Analyst works closely with the Order Management team to create SAFs for release to the third-party logistics warehouse management system (3PL WMS) for outbound preparation. The role monitors order processing, shipping records, returns, customer compliance penalties, carrier invoices, load plans, and delivery schedules to support accurate and timely outbound logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in load planning.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including at minimum Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
• Ability to create reports and manage data to track open orders from receipt through delivery, including on-time performance and expense analysis.
• Ability to track expenses and process them for payment after validation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Self-starter who is detail-oriented and goal-driven.
• Ability to work in an extensive manual work environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Order Management team to create SAFs for release to the 3PL WMS for outbound preparation.
• Monitor the WMS to ensure orders are processed and ready by their scheduled date and time.
• Compare prior-day shipping records against SAP and ensure exceptions are resolved in a timely manner.
• Coordinate returns, maintain return logs, arrange timely return pickups from customers to designated 3PL warehouses, and close RAs.
• Review customer non-compliance financial penalties periodically and investigate or dispute claims.
• Collect carrier invoices, validate them for payment, ensure timely invoice processing, and support accurate month-end accruals.
• Load-plan orders, tender them to carriers, and track pickup schedules with shipping warehouses and delivery schedules with customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Submit Ready to Ship information in customer portals to secure pickup appointments.
