About The Position

MANE is hiring an experienced Logistics Operator for its warehouse in Parsippany, New Jersey. The role involves a range of logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, sample pulling, data entry, and material handling. The operator works with customer orders and incoming raw materials and supplies, while maintaining accurate records, inventory integrity, and warehouse housekeeping. The position requires adherence to equipment standard operating procedures, GMP standards, documentation requirements, safety protocols, and applicable environmental policies and practices. The operator communicates with internal departments and carriers as needed. Forklift and dangerous-goods training will be provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mathematical skills, including weights and conversions.
• Understanding of supply chain activities.
• Computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience.
• Experience in the flavor and fragrance industry.
• Forklift and dangerous-goods (hazmat) experience; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow equipment SOPs, GMP standards, and documentation requirements.
• Follow safety protocols, including using engineering controls and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with shipping finished products to customers according to order requirements, ensuring accurate paperwork and labeling and on-time delivery.
• Assist with receiving raw materials and supplies, checking their condition and paperwork accuracy, and providing samples to Quality Control.
• Communicate with Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality, Regulatory, Production, Planning, and carriers as needed.
• Maintain inventory integrity and good housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Participate in environmental awareness and job-specific training, follow applicable environmental policies and procedures, and act on best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
