About The Position

MANE, a fifth-generation French family-owned Flavor and Fragrance business, is hiring an experienced Logistics Operator for its Parsippany, New Jersey warehouse. The role involves logistics activities including shipping, receiving, sample pulling, data entry, and material handling. The successful candidate will support accurate, timely movement of products and materials while following equipment SOPs, GMP standards, documentation requirements, safety protocols, and environmental policies and practices.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Key competencies include communication and interpersonal skills, mathematical skills including weights and conversions, understanding of supply chain activities, and computer skills.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience.
Experience in the flavor and fragrance industry.
Forklift experience.
Dangerous goods (hazmat) experience; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Follow equipment SOPs, GMP standards, and documentation requirements.
Follow safety protocols, including use of engineering controls and personal protective equipment, to help ensure a safe workplace.
Assist with shipping finished products to customers according to order requirements, ensuring accurate paperwork and labeling and on-time delivery.
Assist with receiving raw materials and supplies, checking material condition and paperwork accuracy, and providing samples to Quality Control.
Communicate with Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality, Regulatory, Production, Planning, and carriers as needed.
Maintain inventory integrity and good housekeeping in the warehouse.
Participate in relevant environmental education and training, and follow applicable environmental policies, procedures, and best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
