About The Position

The Logistic Manager (Outbound Reporting) leads a team responsible for executing key business initiatives, delivering accurate and insightful reporting, and driving continuous operational improvement across transportation and store-facing logistics processes. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, data fluency, and people leadership to identify root causes of issues, improve processes, and ensure work is prioritized, progressing, and delivering measurable value.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading teams in operations, analytics, or supply chain environments.
  • Strong conceptual and root-cause problem-solving abilities with a mindset focused on fixing systems.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis, including experience working with large datasets, Excel, Power BI, and database concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, accountability, and follow-through skills.
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Requires a minimum of 4-6 years of work experience, at least three of which must have been in the transportation industry.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all processing and support for execution related to new store openings, remodels, relocations, and inventory events.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution and communication to store facing reporting.
  • Evaluate end-to-end processes to understand their purpose, identify inefficiencies, and redesign or create solutions that address root causes.
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in execution and data, and drive corrective action without requiring escalation or direction.
  • Ensure all operational reporting is accurate, timely, and accompanied by meaningful insights that support decision-making.
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of dashboards, tools, and reports to improve visibility into: On-time delivery performance, Asset utilization, Store and carrier communication, Claims and damages.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Transportation, Distribution, Store Operations, and IT to collect, validate, and improve data sources.
  • Apply strong working knowledge of large datasets, Excel, Power BI, and database concepts to guide team output, validate analysis, and identify data quality issues.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of individuals responsible for operational execution and analytics.
  • Hold team members accountable for open projects, deliverables, and timelines while fostering a clear understanding of priorities.
  • Actively manage workload and capacity, helping the team prioritize effectively and monitoring progress, surfacing risks early, and driving resolution.
  • Lead root cause analysis to determine underlying issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Create structure around problem-solving by defining actions, owners, and follow-up to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve operational performance and reliability.
