About The Position

Securityhunter is an employee-owned company providing electronic and physical security solutions to federal customers and is based in Baltimore, Maryland. We are interested in expanding our team to meet the demand of our federal clients.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience leading logistics teams.
Demonstrate experience managing carrier relationships, inventory control, shipping and receiving operations, and logistics performance metrics.
Proficiency with ERP, WMS, or transportation management systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge required
Must be able to pass a Federal Government background check (civil and criminal)
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or related field.
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
Certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP or Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals certifications.

Responsibilities

Management of the flow and movement of goods — from warehousing, inventory control, transportation, to delivery
Manage the inbound and outbound movement of all company inventory
Manage the distribution and shipping of company inventory parts and products.
Manage Warehouse sorting and organization of stored inventory (both physical location in warehouse and quantities in Inventory Tracking System
Create bar code scanning system of all inventory parts and products
Supervise/Oversee Warehouse Personnel
Prepare documentation and inventory for audits
Coordinate with Procurement and PM Staff
