About The Position

The Logistics Manager leads project-wide logistics planning, coordination, and execution for hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure construction projects. This primarily site-based role supports large-scale greenfield campuses, coordinating the movement of personnel, subcontractors, equipment, materials, suppliers, and resources across multiple active construction zones. Project assignments are long-term and may be in Wisconsin, Missouri, Wyoming, Texas, or future project locations throughout North America. The manager develops and implements logistics strategies for site access, traffic, deliveries, material flow, laydown yards, staging areas, temporary facilities, worker transportation, construction routes, and related campus infrastructure. The role supports site development, mass grading, utilities, power infrastructure, vertical construction, commissioning, and project closeout, while aligning logistics operations with schedules, milestones, safety, and operational requirements. Working with project management, construction management, procurement, field operations, safety, suppliers, utility providers, and subcontractors, the Logistics Manager maintains visibility into material status, equipment movements, delivery schedules, access requirements, logistics constraints, and operational readiness. The position also identifies and resolves logistics issues that could affect safety, productivity, schedules, or construction execution.
