About The Position

This role executes warehouse operations in terms of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements, and policy compliance. The specialist will collaborate with key internal and external business partners, including third-party logistics vendors, to ensure effective management, timely solutions, and execution. Responsibilities include inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third-party performance management, and pallets management.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft applications, especially highly experienced with Excel.
  • Enjoys teamwork.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3.
  • Minimum of 2 years or more in Warehousing Logistics.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Experience in logistics operations, procurement, or supply chain function in general.

Responsibilities

  • Execute warehouse operations in terms of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements, and policy compliance.
  • Collaborate with key internal and external business partners, including third-party logistics vendors, to ensure effective management, timely solutions, and execution.
  • Manage inventory, including iDoc management and stock reconciliation.
  • Monitor interfaces, track and trace shipments, manage claims, and handle invoice management.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and risk management standards.
  • Support tenders, manage third-party performance, and oversee pallets management.
  • Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and ensure accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system.
  • Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance, and KPI monitoring, introducing corrective measures as needed.
  • Work with service providers to ensure timely and complete delivery of trading partners, adhering to quality and HACCP guidelines.
  • Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life management, reduce write-offs, and improve productivities.
  • Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, including continuous improvement projects, tenders, and peak management.
  • Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks, and opportunities.
