About The Position
Jarrett is a leading and growing 3rd party logistics company that is family-owned. We coordinate between our customer's supply chain and carriers using our state-of-the-art proprietary software, jShip, to set up shipments, troubleshoot, answer questions, and resolve issues before they become larger problems. We are problem-solvers, and our goal is to do great things for our customers every day.

Responsibilities
- Setting up, tracking, and following up on shipments
- Communicating with all parties regarding shipping updates and delays
- Answering phone calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining and updating our computer database
- Collaborating with your team to find the best solutions and resolve issues
