Requirements

Logistics Experience: Previous dispatching, transportation coordination, or logistics experience preferred.
Equipment Transportation Knowledge: Familiarity with the transportation of agricultural, construction, or industrial equipment preferred.
Regulatory Awareness: Basic understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations preferred.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Customer Focus: Commitment to providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively manage competing priorities.
Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Schedule, track, and prioritize transportation requests to ensure timely and efficient delivery of equipment and products.
Coordinate haul assignments and optimize trucking resources to maximize efficiency and support customer needs.
Work directly with carriers and vendors regarding load assignments, schedule changes, and shipment status updates.
Maintain transportation documentation and permit requirements to support regulatory compliance.
Serve as a primary point of contact for transportation requests, shipment updates, and operational questions.
Represent RDO Equipment Co. professionally while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service.
