Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a dedicated French Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to join their client's operations in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is ideal for a supply chain enthusiast looking to enhance operational efficiency in a dynamic, international logistics setting.
Requirements
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Valid EU passport required.
- Previous experience in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Willingness to relocate on-site to Sofia, Bulgaria.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for French-speaking clients concerning complex logistics and delivery inquiries.
- Manage supply chain documentation for smooth cross-border shipments and on-time deliveries.
- Resolve delivery issues by liaising with internal warehouse teams and external logistics partners.
- Utilize real-time tracking to anticipate and mitigate transit delays.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear updates and accurate logistics information.
- Collaborate with international departments to refine supply chain processes and service quality.
- Report on delivery performance to management to aid in logistics network improvement.
