Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end communication for Dutch-speaking clients regarding complex Logistics & Supply Chain inquiries.
• Coordinate with international warehouses and transport partners to ensure seamless delivery schedules.
• Proactively resolve delivery discrepancies, tracking issues, and supply chain bottlenecks.
• Maintain high levels of service excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.
• Utilize specialized logistics software to update shipment status and provide real-time tracking accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize delivery routes and enhance global supply chain efficiency.
