About The Position

You will be a key contributor to our department, working alongside a diverse group of Inventory, Receiving, and Manufacturing personnel, including technicians, process owners, application engineers, test engineers, production operators, and supply chain and manufacturing management. We are looking for an inquisitive, collaborative, and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, ERP-centric environment and is committed to helping our team meet and exceed company goals. As a Logistics Customer Project Specialist, you will manage the receipt, shipment, transfer, and movement of materials across our global operations. You will champion the progressive supply planning policies, processes, and metrics required to support CBM’s technologically advanced portfolio of semiconductor and optics products. Your work directly impacts our operational efficiency, requiring an uncompromising dedication to accuracy and quality.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of inventory transactions, including receiving, transfers, issues, bonuses, and quarantine.
  • High school diploma/GED or Electronic certification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of system tools such as SAP, Oracle, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and a high level of attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with shipping software (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL).
  • Strong selective attention and ability to focus on complex tasks.
  • Proven deductive reasoning and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving raw materials and shipping finished or in-process products to and from global manufacturing sites and contract manufacturers.
  • Inspecting and verifying incoming goods against invoices, recording shortages, and rejecting damaged items.
  • Conducting inventory cycle counts and maintaining internal record-keeping systems.
  • Systematically building product subassemblies or final assemblies.
  • Organizing the distribution and shipping of raw materials while utilizing computer systems daily.
