Komline is recognized for providing top-tier coolant filtration products and services to the US automotive, aerospace, agriculture, and general machine tool industries. Their capabilities range from large central systems for entire plants to individual filters for single machines, utilizing proprietary filtration and cooling technologies. The Logistics Coordinator will support daily transportation, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations to ensure efficient supply chain movement. This role involves coordinating schedules, communicating with drivers and vendors, tracking shipments, preparing international shipping documentation, and resolving delivery issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3-5+ years of logistics, warehouse, shipping, receiving
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, email, inventory systems)
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask in a demanding environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with forklifts, ERP systems, or transportation software is a plus

Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Schedule deliveries and pickups with carriers and vendors
- Track shipments and update status reports
- Communicate delays or issues to customers, drivers, and internal teams
- Maintain shipping, inventory, and transportation records
- Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, and related documentation
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and delivery problems
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and transportation regulations
- Support warehouse and operations teams as needed
