About The Position

Absolute International Security is seeking a highly organized and dependable Logistics Coordinator to provide day-to-day support to the Logistics department. This role is responsible for coordinating critical operational functions: our vehicle fleet, employee uniform program, facility maintenance, and vendor management. This position serves as the backbone for our day-to-day operational readiness. The ideal candidate is highly dedicated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of logistics, fleet administration, facilities coordination, procurement or related experience required.
  • Must be at least 26 years old
  • Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and additional screening requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage miultiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (comfortable with formulas, tracking logs, and basic reporting)
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multi-tasking, task management, and attention to detail
  • Possesses a professional and customer service oriented demeanor with emphasis on team collaboration and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environemnts and handle emergencies calmly under pressure.

  • Available to work outside standard business hours and on weekends, as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in security or similar industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs across the vehicle fleet.
  • Track registration, licensing, insurance, and compliance renewals.
  • Monitor fuel usage, fuel cards, and vehicle-related costs.
  • Coordinate vehicle assignments and manage scheduling conflicts.
  • Evaluate repair-vs-replace decisions and support fleet budget planning.
  • Respond to breakdowns and unplanned vehicle issues to minimize operational disruption.
  • Manage uniform ordering, sizing, distribution, and reordering processes.
  • Track inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overordering.
  • Coordinate new hire uniform issuance and onboarding logistics.
  • Manage vendor relationships for uniform suppliers, including quality and delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of who has been issued what, including exchanges and returns.
  • Triage and prioritize facility maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate and evaluate vendors/contractors (cleaning, HVAC, landscaping, etc.).
  • Support space planning and office/facility moves.
  • Conduct or coordinate routine safety and compliance checks.
  • Respond to urgent facility issues, including outside standard business hours as needed.
  • Track facilities budget and spend.
  • Prioritize and manage competing, time-sensitive requests across fleet, uniforms, and facilities.
  • Maintain a master calendar of recurring deadlines (renewals, PM schedules, inspections, contracts).
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, Finance, and other department leaders on budgets and operational needs.
  • Document processes and maintain organized records for continuity and cross-training.
  • Provide responsive, professional service to internal "customers" (employees and managers).
