Requirements

  • Must be available to work 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM and rotational on call Saturday.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, shipping, or supply chain operations preferred.
  • Proficiency with SAP, transportation management systems (TMS), and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook, preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across carriers, warehouses, customer service, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience managing transportation schedules, freight exceptions, and carrier relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and supports the transport planning process to ensure delivery of goods on-time
  • Coordinates with transport planner closely and ensures availability of carriers
  • Coordinates with carriers, customers, and Customer Service
  • Plans deliveries not scheduled, i.e. rush orders
  • Reviews and proposes improvements on transport planning scope
  • Follow customer specific processes: labeling, verification of lot numbers, tagging, etc.
