About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our material flows. This role involves planning and scheduling local driver pickups, ensuring accurate packing and labeling of outbound orders, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in planning and scheduling.
• Ability to pack, label, and validate orders.
• Experience with warehouse stock rotation and organization.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation skills.
• Knowledge of BOL paperwork and DOT compliance.
• Experience maintaining DOT mileage logs.
• Ability to conduct daily forklift inspections.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound material flows.
• Plan and schedule local driver pickups based on accurate information.
• Pack, label, and validate outbound sales orders for shipment.
• Manage warehouse stock rotation and organization.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack for all material handling.
• Prepare accurate BOL (Bill of Lading) paperwork and maintain DOT compliance.
• Maintain detailed DOT mileage logs.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and upkeep equipment cleanliness.
• Maintain professional communication with clients for shipment updates.
