Working alongside our Transportation Brokers, you will manage active loads, leverage high-speed tech tools, and ensure our supply chains run without a hitch. Requirements

• Tech-Savvy & Adaptive: You aren't afraid of modern technology—you actively embrace high-speed tech and digital tools to streamline your day.
• Google Suite Proficiency: Strong, practical command of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, etc.).
• Rock-Solid Attention to Detail: Laser-focused accuracy when managing load data, compliance records, and financial documents.
• Fast-Paced Energy: Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who thrives under pressure and loves a dynamic environment.
• Communication Champ: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently build loads, schedule pickup/delivery appointments, and set up vetted carriers within our digital platforms.
• Proactively conduct update/check calls with carriers, track active shipments, and deliver real-time, critical updates to shippers and customers.
• Build strong relationships with carriers by inquiring about lane availability, equipment types, and capacity.
• Ensure seamless record-keeping with exceptional attention to detail by requesting and verifying insurance certificates, handling rate confirmations, and keeping carrier resources updated.
• Support branch accounting by matching invoices, issuing Com-checks or Quick Pays, and leveraging digital tools to keep daily office workflows running smoothly.
• Uphold our company principles (Customer, Company, Office) by delivering high-touch customer support at every turn.
