About The Position

This company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Air Import Coordinator to join our transportation and logistics team. Previous experience in air import operations is preferred but not required. We are open to candidates who are motivated to learn the logistics business and develop their skills in international transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in air import operations
• Previous experience in air import, freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field
• Japanese and English bilingual skills preferred; English-only candidates are also welcome

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day air import operations
• Prepare and process documents required for import shipments
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and related matters
• Prepare customer invoices and assist with billing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, carriers, and other business partners as needed
• Assist with warehouse-related activities when necessary
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation
• Perform other duties related to import operations as assigned
