As a Logistics Coordinator, you will ensure our high-priority Enterprise reserve accounts receive world-class service by orchestrating seamless end-to-end logistics operations. You will act as the critical link between global vendors and internal stakeholders, transforming complex shipping and inventory challenges into reliable delivery outcomes. By managing regional escalations and driving data-backed improvements, you’ll directly impact Everpure’s ability to meet rigorous customer commitments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Global Logistics
  • Proven ability to manage complex global logistics operations, including inventory coordination, vendor management, and meeting high-stakes customer SLAs.
  • Proficiency in using enterprise tools (such as SAP, ServiceNow, or Salesforce) and data platforms (Excel or SQL) to identify business trends and execute data-driven solutions.
  • Skill in navigating cross-functional organizations and managing high-pressure escalations with both external logistics providers and internal leadership.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining extreme attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact and escalation lead for Enterprise Reserve Accounts, ensuring all parts and field engineer dispatches meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Lead the Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) process by analyzing logistics failures and collaborating with vendors to implement permanent standards that prevent recurrence.
  • Synthesize data from SAP and ServiceNow to publish performance metrics and trend reports that guide regional logistics strategy and vendor management.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for dispatch tools, aiding in the development, testing, and deployment of system enhancements to improve global support operations.
  • Partner across the Supply Chain and GSLM teams to document and roll out new logistics policies, ensuring global consistency in how we deliver for our customers.
