About The Position

WR has an opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator, Lead responsible for ensuring accurate Inventory Data System (IDS) and Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) transactions, maintaining material accountability, and supporting warehouse, storage, picking/kitting, and LRIP logistics operations.   Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Perform and validate accurate transactions within the Inventory Data System (IDS) while maintaining strict material accountability in accordance with company policy and government property requirements. Manage warehouse operations including storage integrity, material tracking, and inventory control. Coordinate and execute picking, kitting, and Job Order (JO) support activities. Deliver LRIP kits to production floors in alignment with build schedules. Pull parts and materials to support engineering and technical requirements for R&D and troubleshooting activities. Execute PIEE transactions to ensure compliance, accuracy of records, and proper government property reporting.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Seven (7)+ years of experience in logistical tracking, reporting, record keeping, warehousing, material transfer, issuance, and disposition of government and/or commercial property.
  • Five (5)+ years supporting government property requirements and/or defense lifecycle material management.
  • Understanding of DoD inventory management systems and techniques.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency with PIEE systems for government property and procurement tracking.
  • Understanding of ESD-sensitive and HAZMAT material handling.
  • Experience operating within a DCMA-approved Inventory Data System (IDS).
