About The Position

Join a fast-paced logistics team responsible for ensuring raw materials and finished goods move efficiently across our domestic and global supply chain network. As a Logistics Coordinator I, you will play a critical role in supporting transportation operations, optimizing service levels, and helping deliver products to customers safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, distribution, transportation partners, and customer-facing teams while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across all levels of the organization
Experience managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Experience within the alcohol beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, or distribution industries
Experience using transportation management systems (TMS), Oracle, Blue Yonder, or similar logistics platforms
Global supply chain or international logistics experience

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
Partner with internal teams, customers, carriers, and distribution partners to support transportation execution and service excellence
Monitor transportation performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support cost-saving initiatives
Analyze logistics data and KPIs to improve service levels, optimize network performance, and reduce transportation costs
Support continuous improvement projects focused on process efficiency, customer satisfaction, and supply chain effectiveness
