About The Position

ESPEC North America (ENA) is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I to join their Shipping Department. This role involves a combination of office and warehouse responsibilities, assisting with the logistics of materials and environmental test chambers. The company offers an excellent benefits package, a 4-day work week with potential for Friday overtime, and no mandatory weekend work. There are also opportunities for advancement within the company. The work environment is described as clean, with moderate noise levels, and occasional exposure to outdoor elements and moving mechanical parts. Employees may also be required to perform lock-out/tag-out procedures on energized jobs.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Ability to read a tape measure required.
Computer skills, including the use of a tablet, required.
Knowledge of Microsoft office to include (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), required.
Experience using hand tools required.
Ability to read and comprehend multiple step instructions (in the English language), short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.

Nice To Haves

Ability to operate forklift preferred.

Responsibilities

Processes chamber/warranty shipments using the company ERP system and (UPS/FedEx) shipping programs.
Uses Microsoft Word and Excel to create the bill of lading, manifest, and packing slip for shipments.
Prepares USMCA, commercial invoice, and certificate of origin documents using existing templates.
Creates shipping labels using Microsoft Excel, Word, and DYMO program.
Processes shipments with selected carriers.
Operates a forklift to load and unload freight indoors and outdoors.
Cleans work area daily using broom, dustpan, etc.
Regular physical attendance is required.
Performs other routine duties as assigned.
