About The Position

Western Alliance Logistics is growing its Miami Operations team and is seeking motivated individuals eager to build a career in transportation and logistics. This program requires no prior industry experience, as all training is provided through structured learning, hands-on coaching, and gradually increasing responsibilities. The Logistics Coordinator Development Program will educate participants on the movement of freight across the U.S. and Canada, shipment coordination, and customer account management within a dynamic 3PL setting. High-achieving individuals have the potential to advance into roles with expanded account management, operational oversight, and long-term career prospects at Western Alliance Logistics.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field required
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Quick problem-solver who can stay composed under pressure
Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
English required

Nice To Haves

Customer service, operations, logistics, or other fast-paced professional experience is an asset
Spanish or French is an asset

Responsibilities

Coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery across the U.S. and Canada
Source and communicate with transportation carriers
Track freight and proactively communicate shipment updates
Build orders and maintain accurate shipment information
Identify and resolve delays, service issues, and transportation challenges
Communicate with customers, carriers and internal sales teams
Manage multiple priorities while meeting daily performance and service expectations
