Requirements

  • Perfect mastery of French and English (spoken and written)
  • Mastery of Word and Excel software
  • College diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Good communication

Responsibilities

  • Keep EDI and non-EDI billing up to date.
  • Unblock failed EDI communications in SAP.
  • Perform manual reception in SAP for non-EDI transactions.
  • Monitor transaction and inventory accuracy and reconcile external inventories.
  • Monitor quarantine and hold records for communications with external warehouses.
  • Plan order shipments within requested deadlines.
  • Coordinate with production, merchandise shipping, and carriers.
  • Manage returns and credits in SAP.
  • Research/request proof of delivery (POD) for accounts receivable.
  • Draft export forms.
  • Create reports and analyses as needed.
  • Provide general administrative and logistical support related to sales management.
