About The Position

WOONGJIN INC is seeking a Logistics Billing Specialist who is bilingual in Spanish and English. This role involves accurately processing customer billing, managing billing processes with internal software, and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding balances. The specialist will also be responsible for issuing invoices, verifying debit accounts, updating the accounts receivable database, and generating reports on billing activity. Collaboration with international AR/AP personnel is also a key part of this position.

Requirements

Intermediate Excel skills.

Possess a positive attitude and ability to work in a team setting.
BA/BSc or HS Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Bilingual (Spanish/English).

Nice To Haves

Advanced Excel skills preferred.
2+ years’ experience in logistics/Freight experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Process customer billing accurately on or before deadlines as per requirements and according to company policy.
Manage billing (AR/AP) processes with internal software.
Manage the status of accounts, outstanding balances, and identify inconsistencies.
Assists with high accuracy in the completion, and distribution of invoices.
Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices.
Follow up on airline & trucking company charges, disputes and provide the sufficient backup documents.
Verify and validate accurately debit accounts before submission.
Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments.
Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines.
Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data.
Work with Brazil, China, Vietnam, and other SDS Office’s AR/AP personal.
