About The Position

This posting reflects an ongoing opportunity for future openings for a Logistics Analyst. The role involves working closely with the brewing department to manage material purchase orders and ensure timely delivery for brewery production. The analyst will attend daily meetings with brewery operations to communicate material supply risks and priorities, monitor vendor and carrier performance, and collaborate with centralized supply planning for consistency. A key part of the role includes ordering new ingredients for innovations and special projects, aligning planning and brewing teams on production timing, and working with procurement to maintain vendor policies. The position also requires maintaining Core Working Capital (CWC) for brewing materials and participating in continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in supply chain or logistics.
• 2 years in various Logistics/Manufacturing environments
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service approach
• High degree of self-motivation
• Ability to multi-task
• Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills (functions, pivots, vlookups)
• Computer skills in APS tools, SAP

Nice To Haves

• VBA experience is not required, but an asset.
• Power Bi experience is considered as an asset.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with brewing department to place material purchase orders and ensure materials arrive on time for brewery production

• Collaborate with centralized supply planning to ensure consistency in materials and supply plans
• Play a key role in ordering new ingredients for innovations and special projects, and aligning planning and brewing teams on production timing
• Work closely with procurement to maintain vendor policies and procedures
• Maintain CWC (Core Working Capital) for brewing materials
• Participate in continuous improvement/root cause analysis initiatives
