About The Position

QTS Data Centers is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support the expansion of its supply chain capabilities. The role develops and uses data tools to manage and analyze information from ERP systems, forecast logistics needs, and improve business practices. It supports operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making across logistics and supply chain functions. The Logistics Analyst analyzes logistics data and operational performance, builds reports and dashboards, collaborates across procurement, operations, and finance, and assists the Manager of Operations Systems and Analytics with data models and methodologies. The role also supports technology and automation implementations, conducts data quality audits, and provides analytical support for projects and operational initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, operations, or data analytics.
Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.
Strong data analysis skills and experience with Excel, SQL, or equivalent software.
Experience with forecasting models and demand planning methodologies in logistics or supply chain operations.
Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into business recommendations.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights clearly to management and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Nice To Haves

Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics and automation.
Experience with process automation tools such as RPA or Power Automate.
Knowledge of supply chain optimization strategies and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance data tools to collect, analyze, and visualize logistics data from ERP systems.
Use forecasting models and analytical techniques to predict logistics needs and improve business practices.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in supply chain operations.
Analyze trends, KPIs, and operational performance data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track supply chain metrics and support strategic planning.
Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to ensure logistics data integrity and alignment with business goals.
Assist the Manager of Operations Systems and Analytics in refining data models and methodologies to improve decision-making.
Support implementation of technologies and automation tools to streamline logistics operations.
Conduct data quality audits to ensure logistics reporting is accurate, consistent, and reliable.
Provide analytical support for ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives.
