About The Position

First Division Consulting (FirstDiv) is hiring a Logistics Analyst for a position contingent upon contract award. The role helps maintain logistics products and accountable equipment records needed for dependable support, connecting equipment configuration, provisioning, and fielding information to sustainment planning.

The Logistics Analyst develops and updates logistics support requirements and documentation, reviews technical manuals and program information for consistency, supports technical manual validation and provisioning activities, and maintains property records in approved systems. The position also supports inventories, discrepancy resolution, maintenance and repair coordination, logistics reporting, and fielding events.

Requirements

• Eight years of experience performing professional services associated with the stated competency or labor category.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to analyze equipment supportability, maintain provisioning and technical records, and reconcile Government property data.
• Complete required training and hold required certifications for assigned Government information systems.
• Meet applicable background investigation, CAC, network, facility, and duty-specific classified-access requirements.
• Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting Marine Corps hardware and infrastructure logistics, equipment fielding, technical publications, and Government property accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update logistics support requirements, product-support documentation, fielding and disposal inputs, and support schedules.
• Review technical manuals, configuration information, logistics sections of program documents, and support instructions for consistency.
• Perform technical manual validation and verification and support provisioning screening, parts lists, and engineering data updates.
• Maintain property databases and approved-system records for equipment receipt, movement, storage, transfers, and accountability.
• Support quarterly inventories, identify discrepancies, and coordinate maintenance and repair inputs with logisticians and Responsible Officers.
• Prepare logistics briefs, meeting records, trip reports, and schedule recommendations; support fielding events and related coordination.
