About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Logistician to join our team. The Logistician will provide comprehensive logistical support for the FMS Air Operations Center (AOC) program, managing all aspects of material receipt, handling, warehousing, tracking, tracking, shipment, and inventory, from procurement through on-site installation.

Requirements

  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and forklift license.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in DoD/Military logistics management, including purchasing, transportation, receiving, storing, inventorying, packaging, shipping, and material disposal.
  • At least three (3) years of experience with logistics/inventory management software.
  • Experience with CONUS and OCONUS shipments for DoD/Military customers, including all associated documentation.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for up to 3 months to the Middle East.
  • Experience with Export Control Compliance, ITAR, and Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior on-site OCONUS logistics experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Track materials through the entire logistics lifecycle, from procurement to installation in Kuwait.
  • Maintain 100% inventory accuracy of all project materials and equipment.
  • Conduct recurring inventory reporting.
  • Manage material receipt at the OTS warehouse (CONUS).
  • Oversee material handling, including sign-in/sign-out/transfer between the warehouse and the System Integration Lab (SIL).
  • Perform IUID tagging, tracking, and reporting.
  • Pack, unpack, consolidate, and palletize materials for shipment.
  • Develop and manage an Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) including product support, sustainment planning, and sparing models based on RAM analysis.
  • Track and manage spares, including ordering, maintaining, and replacing as necessary.
  • Support the Ship Readiness Review (SRR) and coordinate with DCMA for material pickup.
  • Prepare and submit all shipping documents to DCMA.
  • Ensure all materials are packaged, labeled, and shipped per relevant standards.
  • Conduct inventory checks and inspect materials for damage upon delivery at the AOC facility in Kuwait.
  • Provide detailed reports on any missing or damaged items, including photographic evidence.
  • Coordinate with on-site personnel in Kuwait for warehousing, tools, equipment, vehicles, storage, and laydown areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
