About The Position

OBXtek is currently seeking a Logistician II to provide full-spectrum logistics support for MACC-TTE operations, including procurement, inventory accountability, property management, and supply chain execution in support of testing, training, and experimentation (TTE) events. Ensures compliance with Army property accountability standards, FAR/DFARS requirements, and INNG logistics processes while maintaining continuous mission readiness.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Army supply programs
  • Demonstrated experience performing full supply operations (ordering, receiving, storing, issuing)
  • Demonstrated experience in property accountability (hand receipt procedures and inventories)
  • Experience supporting Army or DoD logistics operations in a field or installation environment
  • SECRET (active and current) – Must be verifiable through DISS
  • Security Clearance Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Nice To Haves

  • GCSS-Army, GFEBS, or logistics certification preferred
  • Experience supporting cyber ranges, training centers, or RDT&E environments
  • Familiarity with INNG logistics processes and installation operations
  • Experience supporting multi-site logistics coordination (MuTC, Camp Atterbury, Indianapolis)
  • Knowledge of equipment supporting IT/OT, RF, and cyber ranges
  • Prior experience with government audits or property inspections
  • Understanding of lifecycle logistics for specialized technical equipment

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory, accountability, and lifecycle tracking of MACC-TTE equipment and supplies
  • Execute procurement actions using CHESS, GFEBS, and other Army systems
  • Perform property accountability functions, including hand receipts and inventories
  • Coordinate ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing of supplies in support of TTE events
  • Track and expedite acquisition of parts and materials to support operations
  • Research alternative sourcing options to mitigate supply chain delays
  • Maintain accurate logistics documentation, property books, and audit records
  • Support logistical preparation and execution of testing, training, and experimentation events
  • Coordinate with program leadership, vendors, and government stakeholders on logistics requirements
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and Army logistics procedures
  • Support fielding, staging, and recovery of equipment before and after events
  • Provide logistics reporting inputs to program management (CDRLs as required)
