This role involves overseeing daily logistics operations, including attendance tracking, staging and loading planning, driver communication, trailer status monitoring, document processing, and inventory management. The position also requires analysis of office documents based on ERP data and additional duties as assigned to support the team and business objectives.

Requirements

Associate/Bachelor degree in college
Having attention to detail
Get all employees on daily goal of receiving product and stacking away without damages, loading empty trailer with accuracy.
Be a good listener & excellent communicator
Be an excellent communicator with previous shift managers for any change in plan for loading, staffing requests etc.

Responsibilities

Check attendance of all talents and assign and lead group to finish daily objectives
Forecast and plan for staging & loading for daily based on inventory
Communicate and lead drivers to provide quality issue for inspection from bay
Oversee progress of loading by checking status of liveload / drop & hook trailers throughout day
Print necessary documents for checking in & out process (verifying trailer#, assigning and allocating loading ticket, printing BOL, gating out BOL)
Implement and share daily inventory count at end of day
Office document analysis based on data from ERP
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to support the team and business objectives.
