Lodging Supervisor

Spot On VetStamford, CT
Onsite

About The Position

Spot On Veterinary is hiring a Lodging Supervisor at our Stamford location as we continue to expand our boarding and daycare operations. This is a working supervisor role in a fast-paced veterinary boarding environment. You will be actively involved in daily animal care while also leading lodging and daycare staff. This is not a monitoring-only or “front desk” style leadership role. Applicants must already have professional animal care experience AND prior supervisory or lead experience. This is a hands-on position that includes supervising lodging and daycare staff during daily operations, direct involvement in animal care throughout the day, overseeing safe group play and behavior monitoring, administering medications accurately and on schedule, feeding, cleaning, bathing support, and sanitation tasks, maintaining facility cleanliness and animal housing standards, responding appropriately to animal behavior issues or medical concerns, keeping structured routines on track during busy periods, and communicating clearly and consistently with team members and management. If you are not comfortable working physically in animal care every shift, this is not the right role.
