About The Position

Copper Mountain Resort is seeking a Lodging Delivery Assistant for the Winter 2026/2027 season. This role involves completing deliveries of unit inventory and guest-requested items, performing spot cleaning of carpets and upholstery, and maintaining housekeeping inventory. The position also requires assisting in all areas of Housekeeping as needed. The ideal candidate will be a polite, courteous, and motivated self-starter with good communication skills and the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. This is a seasonal position with potential fluctuations in hours based on business volume.

Requirements

Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
Able to work in a standing and bending position indoors and outdoors for up to 8 hours per day.
Able to work in harsh weather conditions.
Due to the sensitive nature of this position, a criminal background check will be conducted after position is accepted.
Must have a valid US Driver’s License.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Reports to work in a timely fashion, prepared for all scheduled shifts.
Follows appropriate radio protocol and communicates completion of all calls/requests to the Housekeeping Office/Front Desk.
Performs all deliveries in a timely manner.
Completes Daily Houseman Log for every shift and returns it to office personnel.
Assists with key distribution and tracking.
Responsible for organization, cleanliness, and inventory control.
Maintains storeroom and inventory security during normal work hours to reduce inventory shrinkage.
Maintains houseman vans clean, organized, and stocked.
Reports all accidents or necessary repairs to the housekeeping office.
Completes carpet and upholstery spot cleans as necessary, including dealing with the cleaning of bodily fluids such as vomit & urine.
Maintains and repairs inventory such as spot cleaners, airbeds, coffee makers etc.
Stocks housekeeping closets with supplies.
Adheres to safety procedures at all times.
Assists in all areas of housekeeping as necessary.
Functions as an ambassador of Copper Mountain, modeling and sharing the Copper “culture” with our guests and employees.
Upholds the most professional image.
Continually strives to exceed our guest’s expectations and create memories for our guests and staff.
