We are seeking a Lodging Assistant II, a journey-level professional responsible for specialized operational support within our Guest Services Team. In this role, you will apply a full range of skills to manage lodging and logistical needs, ensuring the success of critical district programs like the Colorado River Aqueduct (CRA) Inspection Tours. Event & Tour Support: Provide essential logistics for special events and CRA Inspection Tours, which are multi-day educational trips showcasing the region's water infrastructure to stakeholders and educators. Procurement: Utilize a district p-card to procure necessary items for events, tours, and the maintenance of appliances or equipment. Complex Problem Solving: Use professional judgment to interpret and adapt district policies and regulations. You will analyze diverse issues and select the best course of action to resolve conventional operational challenges.
