The Lodge and Hospitality Coordinator supports the day-to-day hospitality and operational functions of the National Ability Center Lodge, with a primary focus on evening and weekend coverage. This position serves as the primary on-site hospitality contact when the Lodge Manager and other leadership staff are not present. The Lodge and Hospitality Coordinator supports guest check-in and check-out, lodging operations, catering and meal service, conference readiness, housekeeping coordination, and facility preparedness. This role works closely with the Lodge Manager, Group Reservations, Program staff, Buildings and Grounds, housekeeping contractors, catering vendors, interns, volunteers, and other partners to ensure a safe, accessible, welcoming, and consistently high-quality guest experience. This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits. This position requires a non-traditional work schedule with work in the evenings and on weekends, as well as some holidays when groups are on campus. This position is not eligible for remote work.
