About The Position

Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a dedicated Locum Veterinarian to primarily serve its Northern Utah locations. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to support teams in the Salt Lake City area, Park City region, and Utah County. As a W2 employee, the Locum Veterinarian will deliver comprehensive veterinary services, including examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and surgical procedures, within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or equivalent)
• Valid Utah veterinary license or eligibility for licensure
• Previous veterinary practice experience is preferred
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive veterinary services including examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and surgical procedures.
• Provide veterinary care across Northern Utah locations, with potential support in the Salt Lake City area, Park City region, and Utah County.
• Work within a collaborative team environment.
• Adapt to diverse caseloads.
• Educate clients on pet care.
