We create custom pull-out drawer and storage solutions that transform cluttered cabinets into organized, accessible spaces. We are growing and need people-oriented problem-solvers who know how to listen, recommend solutions, and make customers feel heard. We provide full training. You bring the people skills and drive.

Requirements

• A clear, personable communicator who builds rapport quickly.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable owning results.
• Equipped with a reliable car, phone, computer, and printer.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in their homes to understand their storage frustrations.
• Recommend custom solutions that solve their problems. This is consultative sales, not pushy sales.
• Follow up with clients to ensure they are happy and to earn referrals.
• Manage your appointments and coordinate with the team.
